Until 23:00 hrs IST on every event you can write to us at drjain12@yahoo.com and we will provide you with an on-line refund in seven working days after event of the registration fees, after deduction of banking and transaction charges. This will be directly refunded to the card / account from which the payment was made after the conference is over.
After 23:00 hrs IST on every event: No refund will be available.
In exceptional cases, e.g. you are unable to obtain a visa in time, you could contact us at drjain12@yahoo.com with copies of relevant documents.
Refunds for on-spot registrations are not available.
