Terms and Conditions

These are the standard terms and Conditions of MELAP (Medical Education & Learning Point) A-2B/155A Ekta Aptt. Near Police Station, Paschim Vihar, Metro Station (Paschim Vihar West), New Delhi – 110063., and all work undertaken by MELAP shall be on these terms unless specifically varied in writing and agreed to by both parties prior to the event.

In case of any cancellation, in order to receive refund of Registration fees, the following conditions are to be adhered to:

• As seats are limited, confirmation of delegates will be on a first come first serve basis only.
• The Congress program is subject to alterations at the discretion of the organizers.
• Confirmation Letter will be issued only after receipt and realization of prescribed fees including applicable taxes along with the registration form duly completed.
• Delegate Badges issued are “non -transferable”.
