- For Diagnostic week Course – 1st to 7th April 2024 Course – The cut-off date is March 20th, 2024 before 1700hrs. No abstracts will be considered after this deadline.
- For Hematology Course – 1st to 7th July 2024 Course – The cut-off date is June 20th, 2024 before 1700hrs. No abstracts will be considered after this deadline.
- For Surgical Pathology Course – 2nd to 8th September 2024 Course – The cut-off date is August 20th, 2024 before 1700hrs. No abstracts will be considered after this deadline.
For Abstract presentation, complete course (all 7 days) registration is mandatory.
Abstract Guidelines
- For abstract title, use the title case.
- You need to register yourself on the online portal for submission of the abstract. You can make the registration payment later, but submission of your other relevant information is must For abstract presentation, complete conference registration is mandatory.
- Abstracts will be listed on the conference website by August 10th. The abstract is restricted to a maximum of 300 words. It should include: Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions, and Key words One participant may submit up to 3 abstracts.
- An email acknowledgement of the receipt of your submission will be sent to the corresponding author upon the successful submission (your email server may mark it as a spam email, kindly also check your spam folder). If you do not receive the e-mail, confirmation, your submission was not complete and your abstract needs to be re-submitted.
